Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Pharmaceuticals Field Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within their assigned territory.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals to ensure understanding and promote product usage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
